Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space where your story, your pace, and your nervous system are honored. I work collaboratively and relationally, helping you understand the patterns, wounds, and protective parts that have shaped how you move through the world — especially if you’ve learned to survive through strength, vigilance, or self-silencing.

Whether you are navigating PTSD or CPTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, identity struggles, or the impacts of growing up in environments that felt unsafe or controlling, therapy becomes a place to reconnect with the parts of you that were never truly seen. Together, we work to gently unwind old survival strategies, build inner safety, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach is attachment-based, psychodynamic, intuitive, and deeply rooted in mind-body connection. For many BIPOC and immigrant clients, this also includes honoring cultural context, intergenerational patterns, and the resilience you’ve carried for years.

You don’t have to figure everything out alone. Individual therapy offers a steady, compassionate relationship where healing becomes possible — where you can reclaim your autonomy, your voice, and a felt sense of belonging within yourself.
